The Little Angels Program
We at PetCentre Animal Hospital believe every pet deserves a chance at a healthy, happy life—regardless of their owner’s financial situation. That’s why we created the Little Angels Program, a compassionate initiative that provides discounted veterinary surgeries to pets from qualifying low-income families in the Manassas, VA community.
What Is the Little Angels Program?
The Little Angels Program is our way of giving back to the families and pets who need us most. This in-house financial assistance effort helps cover the cost of critical or medically necessary pet surgery services that would otherwise be unaffordable for some pet owners.
Whether you’re facing an unexpected health crisis or managing a long-term condition, our team is here to support you—with both expert medical care and heartfelt compassion.
What Care Does the Program Cover?
The Little Angels Program focuses on life-saving or significantly health-improving surgeries. Each case is evaluated individually based on medical need, and procedures may include (but are not limited to):
- Tumor and mass removals
- Emergency abdominal surgeries
- Wound repairs
- Pyometra and uterine surgeries
- Foreign body removal
- Advanced dental surgery
- Other urgent or vital pet surgery services
All treatments are performed on-site by our experienced surgical team using modern equipment and protocols. Pain management and follow-up care are also included as part of the program.
Do I Qualify for the Little Angels Program?
Eligibility for the Little Angels Program is based on household income and the specific surgical needs of your pet. Because each situation is unique, we encourage you to contact our office directly to discuss your circumstances and begin the qualification process.
You may qualify if:
- Your pet requires a surgery that is essential to their well-being
- Your household income meets our eligibility criteria

To find out if you qualify or to begin the application process, please call us at (703) 368-9241 or email info@petcentre.com. Our team will walk you through your options with discretion, care, and urgency.
