Our small dog, who is geriatric, had a terrible fall. My wife took her to Banfield and was rejected. MedVet could not see her. After explaining the situation to the front desk receptionist (I believe it was Colleen), she was able to be seen within 30 minutes. The entire staff, especially Dr. Hanna, were great not only to our dog but to my wife and son while I am out of town. Very thankful for them and their wonderful kindness.
Best vets! Dr. Johnson, Dr. Kirk, and staff care for our German Shepherd Dog. We use PerCentre Animal Hospital for vet care and boarding. Clearly it’s the best place for our Mr. Bingley for long or short stays! Thanks for making sure he is well taken care of and giving us peace of mind for when we travel!
PetCentre Animal Hospital is the best vet I have used. They have been my regular vet for the past 5 years or so. No other vet that I have tried has shown the level of care, professionalism, and knowledge that they do. EVERY person I have dealt with at PetCentre Animal Hospital, from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors, has been nothing short of amazing!
My family has been coming here for years with our family pets. So when I got my rescue, I knew he would be going to see Dr. Johnson and the team at PetCentre. Beau loves going to the vets. Partially because he thinks he’s going to play care and he won’t be leashed outside, but also because the staff here always treats him like a king. The amount of care and dedication from this team is just unmatched in the area.
My senior dog had a serious fall, and I was extremely concerned that she might have a broken bone or internal injuries. I brought her to her usual vet, who suggested that she should be taken to an emergency clinic since she “looked” unwell. When I contacted the emergency clinic, they informed me that the wait time would be around three hours. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait that long with a toddler in tow. My husband then called around and found PetCentre, where they welcomed us right away. They provided excellent care for my dog and helped put us at ease. The staff were incredibly compassionate and attentive. From now on, I will be bringing my girls here. I highly recommend this place!
We have been coming to PetCentre for almost 3 years now and have interacted with all of the doctors. In our opinion, this is the best veterinary practice we have ever been to. My husband and I feel very comfortable bringing our cats here.
Recently, we had an emergency issue with one of our cats; this time, we had Dr. Johnson, who was absolutely incredible. He took the time to listen to our concerns, run some tests, and present us with options on how to resolve it within 35 minutes.
The cat we brought in is not an easy patient, which makes everything feel a little bit more difficult; however, every single person there made us feel like they cared about helping him. At that point, we had been dealing with a stressful week and a misdiagnosis at another pet hospital, and the entire staff at PetCentre made my husband and me feel comfortable knowing he was going to be treated as if he were one of their own. We are so grateful for the way everything was handled.
